YAMAHA has been supporting the Japanese guitar industry since the dawn of Japanese guitar making, and is so to speak the Gibson of Japan.
This model is the LP1000, based on the Gibson Les Paul Standard.
It is one of the upper class guitars in the Lord Player series.
The body top is Cary Maple and the back is Mahogany.
The top maple is finished in sunburst color, which shows the grain of the wood, and has a very beautiful look.
The neck is Mahigany and the fingerboard is Rosewood, a standard combination.
