The Grundig SV140 was probably the first amp in the world with a built-in equaliser, and one of the first from Grundig with all silicon transistors. The circuit is VERY complex, with an amazing number of components for an integrated amp. It's worth a careful study before the actual restoration. This is really a milestone amplifier for an European Hifi collector !

I bought this amp twenty years ago and it is one of the best sounding amps I have heard. And am amazed just how much better is sound than may of the modern amps. I have used with different system sets ups and it always sounds fantastic. It has been stored fro the past few years and when I turned it on the left lamp bulb failed.
The amp really needs a full service by a HI-FI specialist to make everything perfect again. And who wants to enjoy the sound from this amazing amp. It was a collectors item and as you can see the condition is very good. The amps weighs over 22 kilos and more than I am able to handle now so selling as needing a bit of work. I am afraid there are no cables with it but easy enough to find in your local electronics shop.
