The design is drawn and dyed by hand using a special knife and engraving.
Although it takes more time and effort than foil-stamped patterns, the deep carvings and three-dimensional appearance are unique to hand-carving.

To maintain its hardness, the core material is sandwiched, and a hardening agent is also applied to the lining leather to further increase its hardness.
It is as hard as a regular pickguard.

The main body, core material, and lining are sewn by hand.
The atmosphere of a "genuine leather pickguard" is further emphasized.
There is no need to worry about it breaking due to friction caused by strong picking.
Each stitch is carefully crafted, with the aim of allowing the stitches and stitches themselves to become part of the design.
