- Heavy-piece shell with welded edges -- this is my favorite variation of a two-piece shell
- Eight lugs
- Ludwig stamp visible next to throw-off
- Original hoops, tension rods and clips aren't. One good thing is these newer clips won't break on you like the older brass ones
- There is a good bit of patina on this drum which the new owner could clean up, but we kept it on.
- A few small dents, as pictured
