These are very scarce early military special production 6L6 tubes that could take a beating. Great big ugly thangs, short heavy glass tubes, with huge brown low loss micanol bases, all Sylvania made, 1950s vintage, this pair is both dated 1953. A kickass tube from the cold war, these will substitute for all types of 6L6 and 7027 except for the 6L6GC, KT66, or 350B. You can use it as a sub for the 5881 or 6L6GC as long as the plate voltage is kept below 400 volts. This pair is matched on our Tektronix 576 curve tracer at full plate and screen grid voltages, and tests like unused. These sell for $160 per pair on our web page, but are discounted here only! Don't miss out on a chance to try these rare tubes that no one else has! Satisfaction guaranteed. High bid gets the tubes shown here. IL residents pay 10% tax, outside of Il there is no tax, but international buyers will be subject to import duty. We ship worldwide, all shipping is by first class mail only.
