Hello folks,

Up for sale is one of the holy grails of classic Gibson acoustics. What we have here is a J-45 "banner logo" model dating from approximately 1943. The serial number on the inside of the instrument reads 376, followed by - 7 penciled in red next to the stamp, on the interior neck block.

This guitar is in good player's condition overall. It has been played professionally for many years and had work and upkeep done as needed to work for the artist that owned it. To our knowledge, the neck has likely been reset, the bridge may be replaced, nut/saddle have been changed, and it's possible the guitar has had at least a partial re-fret. The top exhibits notable playing wear, but structurally the instrument is excellent and ready to play. This model does have a working truss rod. Please see the attached media for further details.

The guitar will ship in a non original hard case. Shipping to be arranged via actual quote (listed amounts are estimates). Please ask all questions prior to purchase, as all sales are final and there are no returns.

Thank you.
