Unreal sounding Morgan AC20 Deluxe, with matching cab. UK Celestion Alnico Blue and discontinued tolex and grillcloth.
This is just a stupidly nice and usable amp, at any volume. No amp I know of works as well moving from home volumes to stage volumes and everything in between, at least not for the vox sound. Trust me, you want one with the Celestion blue. The ceramics (or even the golds) just don't sound quite right with these circuits. Too much bass, too fizzy high end. The blues are just right. I'm also going to throw in a spare EF86 tube, since they can be difficult to find and they are a bit microphonic in nature.
I'll be taking this off Reverb if I can't sell it before I go on tour on April 9th, so this is pretty much this week only. Go ahead and make an offer. I’m not sure I want to sell it at all, honestly.
This amp is in good working order and I can provide video evidence, if desired. Please note that if for some reason it arrives and needs a new tube or something, I am open to providing a PARTIAL refund, sufficient to pay for the new tube or repair.
