I build guitars, but due to medical problems I have to stop. I am clearing out the pickups that I have accumulated. Enjoy! This set is not Seymour Duncan’s Green Magic set, but is the Custom Shop storied “Greenie” set wound by MJ. Not only is it a great PAF set it also nails the much sought after Peter Green sound.
The Seymour Duncan Custom Shop Greenie 2-humbucker Pickup Set nails the in-between "quack" tones made famous by blues master Peter Green. At their core these humbuckers are detailed re-creations of beautiful-sounding PAF-style pickups. Where they set themselves apart is with the flipped magnet in the neck pickup. This is the main ingredient for nailing Green's iconic tone when running both pickups together.
