I am excited to offer the following from the incredible Ronnie Lane Mobile Studio collection. The LMS has a history spanning from 1972 and is the most successful mobile studio in the world. After Abbey Road it is the most successful studio of any kind, still in existence anywhere outside of the US. The studio has recorded the most successful artists of all time, at the most significant stages of their careers. It is responsible for more than 750 million records sold. Now is the time to let some of the collection back into the wild, and I have the privilege of doing just that!
This is a very nice microphone. It has been used on recordings in the LMS and various other studios. A truly iconic microphone with one heck of a history!
Please note - up until recently, the current owner and producer - Mark St John - kept these in working order and used inside the studio. However, he fell suddenly ill pre-covid and therefore these items have been stood for a while in his warehouse and will definitely require a clean and service. They are being *sold as seen* in the pictures and HAVE NOT been cleaned and serviced. Please keep this in mind when purchasing.
