Fender Vintage 1984 Squire P-Bass Made in Japan with Original Molded Fender Case
These made in Japan Fenders and Squires have become very sought after in recent years. More and more players have been discovering the quality and craftmanship that went into these instruments.
This P-Bass is in good condition, but was definitely a well loved, well gigged bass. There is buckle wear and rashing on the back as well as some dings and scratches (see photos). The hardware has tarnished and aged with wear.
The bass plays and sounds fantastic!
Fender Squire Made in Japan in Gloss Ebony finish made in 1984 with Original Molded Case. This guitar features a solid alder body, maple neck and rosewood fingerboard. Equipped with a Factory P-Bass in the bridge position. Controlled by 1-volume, 1-tone knobs and a SWITCH. The 32" scale length neck has 20 medium frets with a modern C neck profile. The hardware is comprised of Fender tuning machines, a NUT nut, a Fender factory p-bass bridge, and cream top hat knobs with a 3-ply white/black pickguard.
Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with .50 - .105 strings and includes original molded case.
