Vintage Fender F tuners comes with screws and bushings - late 60's early 70's. This specific set came off a 67 Telecaster neck. Tuners are in working condition, some do feel loose but when they have string and tension in them they held tune with no issues and felt solid.
Items to note. One of the pegs has a slight bend in it, different heights for pegs but wasn’t noticeable when installed. You can see in side photos some pegs sit higher, I believe these Can be pulled out of the base. Might be able to push them in further to close height gap.
