Unique tape recorder that was actually designed for synchronizing slide projectors with audio cassettes for presentations.

Records audio well through a line in or microphone in jacks. Plays tape back through an internal amplifier speaker that has a tone control. Can get very loud!

Some performance effects are possible by using the synchronizer system. Produces a nice tape stop effect by pressing down the sync button and pressing 250 Hz. Once the tape has stopped press the sync button again to release it will start back up. You can also use the fast forward + rewind transport controls to produce wobbly vibrato effects.

You can apparently also us this to synchronize up to 2 slide projectors.

The transport seems a bit noisy - but the machine is functional. There is a short demo on IG @ariumaudio
