This is the GT Electronics Studio Series Bass Tube Preamp. This was the prototype for the popular SWR-200 Bass preamp. It has all the features and adjustment you could possibly want including an adjustable EQ, High and low gain inputs, Adjustable Frequency crossover, and DI with effects loop. It uses one 12AX7 tube which can be change to also effect the overall sound.Works great, pots were just cleaned and lubricated.
