This is a vintage, 1982 Fender USA Telecaster neck from a American made Fender Bullet that has the look, feel and mojo of a vintage Reissue neck, without the vintage price. Fender put the decal above the finish like a pre-CBS Telecaster, and can be removed so you can use it for a late 1960s or 1970s Tele, or use it for a 1952 Reissue. You can also of course, restore your American Fender Bullet. Regardless, which way you go, these are great necks for for upcycling vintage Fender parts.
The neck shows very light, normal signs of use. The nut was swapped out to Graph Tech. The frets are in excellent shape showing only minor wear and use.
The neck is full 25.5" (648 mm) scale, has a 7.25" radius, 1.650" (42 mm) nut, vintage frets, and a oval profile. It is factory drilled for 1970s Schaller F tuners and Fender uses them on their 60s and 70s Reissues, so they're easy to find and easy to install. You can also use conversion bushings and add a set of Kluson's for your 50s build.
The neck is straight and true, and the truss rod works as it should. This is true vintage neck at a sensible price, so don't miss out.
