Peavey MIDI BASS. Comes with programable MIDI module, interconnecting module, cable and case. All frets are individually wired for notes and program changes. I has been tested and working normally. You can take the audio out of the bass and the module patch out and the MIDI out to control a number of events simultaneously. I use Reason as my DAW and it worked with it.
Once owned by Bo-Didleys bass player Debbie Hastings. You tube video is not mine but represents the bass well.
