1/4 inch chip on the top of the headstock with slight wear on the edges.
Front Neck:
 - In excellent condition
Rear Neck:
 - Several scratches on the rear neck. 
Front Body:

Minor staining with a few hairline cracks on the right side of the sound hole
 - A few 1/4 inch dings on the bottom right side of the body 
 - Signs of wear around the bezel of the body. 
 - Two dents on the left side of the body  
Rear Body:
 - Several slash scratches on the rear body. 
 - Signs of wear around the bezel of the rear body. 
Equalizer: 
 - Two inch hairline crack extending up from the top of the equalizer. 
Hardshell Flattop Case
 - Stains and scuff marks throughout the hard case.
