This bass is from the early USA made run of SUB basses that were marketed as a "budget" StingRay, made in the same SLO facility as the higher end models.
This is the passive model but still has that StingRay sound. It has some light wear (see photos) but is in otherwise great condition. The bass has a fresh set up and new strings (D'Addario XL round wounds).
9.4 pounds on bathroom scale (some of these are pretty hefty but this one feels comfortable to me).
