Californian Redwood (like Cedar) is perfect for lighter playing and fingerpicking, Bunya (like spruce); is the versatile all rounder and offers the classic Cole Clark sound, and Australian Blackwood (like Koa) produces the most control and balanced performance even with heavy or percussive playing styles. All 2 series guitars feature Australian Blackwood back and sides and River She Oak fingerboard and bridge. Cole Clark’s patented 3-Way Pickup System is fully integrated into the guitar highlighting the instrument’s unique blend of old world construction and modern building techniques. The Spanish Heel neck joint, internally-carved top, integrated kerf and channeled AVX bracing brings together a wonderful instrument that is finished to exacting standards utilizing a Satin Nitrocellulose finish and the setup and playability is perfected with Plek.
