Own a piece of 8 string guitar (and Schecter) history! This 8 string model, the Hellraiser Devil-8, was a 2010 limited run and has been discontinued for years already. This one was a working guitar, so it's seen some dings and minor scratches, but everything is functionally ace. Upgrades include rock-solid strap-locks and an upgraded Seymour Duncan Blackout pickup in the bridge to round out the EMG808 in the neck!

Notice the beautiful contoured body and headstock purfling! The neck profile gives you something to hang on to compared to other "too-thin" neck profiles common in 8 strings these days. Guitar has an overall "roundness" to its feeling, compared to an Ibanez I played recently which was very thin and felt "edgy"—so this would be an 8 string for someone who wants to feel comfortable with their guitar for long practice, recording and performance sessions!

Brand new strings as well makes it ready to play, jam and record studio tracks right out of the box. I recently got a new guitar and that's why I'm looking to part with this one for the right price!

This guitar was used for 8 years by Connor Arbiter, vocalist of the band Arbiter and guitarist of many other projects.

Just freshly installed: a Seymour Duncan Blackout 8 string pickup in the bridge, The neck pickup is still the stock EMG 808 neck pickup. The Duncs are so perfect for bringing an excellent clarity to the overall tone while the EMG remains superior for the core sound with more distinguishable picking, you will love how they sound together!

On top of all that, there's strap-locks already installed, so this thing is a work-horse ready to get some music played and recorded, no holds barred.
