Replacement Thinline Telecaster Body - Swamp Ash

We've been making bodies and necks for many years now, and we have achieved a reputation among builders and luthiers for producing wood products of the highest quality.

We use only hand selected hardwoods from the USA to ensure consistency and quality, and manufacture everything in our own factory.

All our Telecaster bodies are made from 2-piece matched American swamp ash. 

Offering the same tonal qualities as regular ash, but lighter in weight, swamp ash is a preferred option for telecaster builds where weight reduction is an important consideration. Although cut from the same tree as regular ash, swamp ash is found towards the base of the trunk, where more water is stored. Once cut and dried, this excess water is lost, making the body up to a kilo lighter than a standard ash body.
