Leo Fender, the founder of Fender guitar and the father of electric guitar, left Fender, and the brand "G & L" was established in 1980 with Fender's old ally George Fullerton. The CLF Research Doheny V12 takes a deeper dive into the rapid pace of technological development that was characteristic of Leo's CLFR era, with a particular focus on MFD guitar humbuckers in the late 70's and early 80's. Benefiting from decades of wisdom and unlimited access to Leo's technical work, Dave and Johnny's McLaren brothers challenge to create the most musical MFD guitar humbucker ever from Fender Avenue. Did. But they set that goal even higher. Leo realizes the vision of an "end-to-end" humbucker that sounds beautiful in series humbucking, parallel humbucking, and single-coil modes. We have created a pickup that can handle a variety of musical situations without lacking either power or articulation. Each Doheny V12 MFD humbucker is individually controlled by a 3-way mini toggle with a classic CLF colored switch tip. The neck pickup is white and the bridge pickup is red. The Dual Fulcrum Vibrato Bridge features a CLF 3/16 inch machined stainless steel vibrato arm for a traditional look while taking advantage of the brass saddle and block.

There are small scratches, but there is nothing noticeable and it is a beautiful one. Of course, you can play with confidence without any problems in operation.
