Great example of a class German saxophone. Great tone, powerful projection. Feels very solid under your fingers.

Original brass finish - does not appear to be re-lacquered. 

This saxophone received a complete makeover - full sonic cleaning, light hand polishing, all new leather pads with resonators, new corks, and felts. Was professionally play adjusted and is in great performing condition. Overall, the metal is in great shape - a couple of dings and scrapes. No major dents or evidence of repair. The lower B and Bb key guard has a chip in the metal where the screw attaches to the mounting post - not visible unless you are specifically looking for it.

The body and neck have matching serial numbers -- 84709 which puts production around 1982 - the period when these horns were very desirable. This sax ships with a gig bag which is in fair condition. These saxophones feel very solid and are designed to be performers - used daily.
