History of the guitar:
Guitar was made in Japan from 1988-1989 and Washburn had to end production due to a law suite from Gibson.
One owner guitar. This was bought new in Tecumseh, Michigan from a small guitar shop Called D & M Music in 1989. Around 1997, it had Gibson 57' classics installed(with 50's style wiring), using bumble bee capacitors. It also had Gibson tuners and a Gibson pickup switch installed around 1997. A famous guitar shop named Herb David, that was located in Downtown Ann Arbor installed a bone nut, leveled the frets, and did a complete setup on the guitar in the early 2000's. The action on the guitar plays like a Gibson Les Paul or better. It comes with original case that came with the guitar at the time of purchase.
