F Bass VF5-J 2011 Ice Blue Metallic of George Furlanetto [Collector Must-Have]

Personally built by F Bass owner & founder George Furlanetto as his personal bass, he is the sole owner of this instrument and he played it exclusively as his only bass since 2011. As advised, George made some modifications on this piece last December 2020 before shipping it to Guitar Pusher. Fondly called as VF5-J Founder by us, this bass now features the Modern 20mm Neck Carve, Refinished Neck in Matte Varnish, Tinted Pearloid Pickguard, and Chrome Nick Cover. 

This historic piece is in its prime condition with unnoticeable signs of use and some natural discoloration near the armrest. We consider it as an honor to have this fine piece of instrument at Guitar Pusher given that it is any F-Bass fan or bass collector’s must-have. 

The VF Series captures the vibe and tone of the vintage ‘60s and ‘70s industry staples. While staying true to the originals, F Bass trickled in much of what they’ve learned in these past 50+ years. Between the infusion of F Bass DNA, premium materials and components, and their build consistency, you’ll be hard pressed to find an original that plays and sounds better than an F—all at a fraction of the cost, with lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects and un-paralleled customer support.
