This Steinberger Bass is owned by guitarist Daryl Stuermer of Genesis

Ned Steinberger founded Steinberger Sound in 1980 after experimenting with guitar building from an industrial design perspective and debuting his unusual layout in 1979. Most of the guitars built featured "headless" necks with tuners behind the bridge and feature composite construction (epoxy resin with glass and carbon fibers).

Played on the 1986/87 Genesis “Invisible Touch” tour and his 1988 “Steppin’ Out” solo album. He played bass on the last song of the album - “The Highlands”.

SN: 3749 Some scratches and scuffs here and there but nothing major. Some duct tape residue by the 9v battery compartment. Neck and frets in great condition. Comes with a few extra sets of strings.

A portion of proceeds will benefit the Aurora Health Care Foundation's Grafton Cancer Care Fund.
