These cool early Custom Shop model’s are such great Les Paul’s, this very fancy & ornate example was designed by & played by Aldo Nova (he was like the Canadian Bon Jovi), its clean all Polaris White finished Mahogany body & 1 piece neck are simply gorgeous, its bound/dot inlaid rosewood fingerboard feels delicious, what makes this so Rock & Roll is its Explorer shaped Headstock & its triple pickup configuration w/its 3 Humbuckers being quite brilliant sounding, its got all Gold Hardware w/white pickup surrounds w/matching 3-way toggle switch surround, she’s still sporting its original Grover tuners, its original tun-a-matic bridge & TP-6 stop tailpiece, lastly its Mirrored Gold pickgard & Gold Speed knobs finish this bad boy off nicely, this is 1 of about 25 produced having its Gibson Custom Shop Logo on back of its headstock, she has slight play time w/almost no wear & is 100% original, ready for her next performance, she’s exceptionally clean overall & comes with her original black/blue lined tolex hard case.
