1980 Fender International Series Stratocaster

Here is an absolutely gorgeous and great playing/sounding vintage Strat that is now almost 40 years old and in GREAT shape! It has aged like a fine wine and the once very bright Arctic White finish has ripened into a buttery almost blonde beauty. It's in great cosmetic shape with a very clean body front and back. It has one spot with two dings on the back of the neck but nothing that affects the sound or playability in the slightest. It has a straight neck with a working truss rod, and a beautiful rosewood fretboard that is in fantastic shape. It has a ding on the bottom of the first fret that is also purely cosmetic. The frets have been freshly polished and while they do show some wear with slight groves, they have plenty of life left. The neck and bridge pickup were swapped out at one point but the exact original style 1980 grey bottom pickups have been re-installed. The guitar has been very well taken care of and still maintains its original case.
