This is a pretty rare guitar, and as best I can tell, it was only made for a year. It's like the '72 reissue thinline deluxe, but it has a toggle switch in the upper bout instead of a blade-type tele switch, and the pickguard is a nice 3-ply aged white instead of the cheesy looking (IMHO) pearloid guard on the 72 RI.
The electronics have been thoroughly upgraded. The wiring harness was replaced with a Mojotone Tele Deluxe harness with CTS pots, paper-in-oil caps, and a treble mod to allow the PUPs to stay bright as the volumes are turned down.
The pickups were completely rewound to vintage specs (except AlNiCo magnets were used instead of CuNiFe). As most people know by this point, Fender uses a ceramic bar magnet instead of individual adjustable polepiece magnets in their Wide Range reissue humbuckers, and the WRHB reissue pups, well, suck. I had the PUPs completely gutted and rewound by Brandonwound Pickups with new bobbins and Alnico polepiece magnets used instead of the bar magnets. The difference is night and day. They now have the fat single-coil sound of a true WRHB, and the polepieces can be dialed in to fine-tune the sound.
Cosmetically, there is a ding (see photo) and the usual minor wear and tear. I think the strap buttons and input jack were replaced by the prior owner. No case or bag, but it will be packed well.

The thinline Classic Player Tele also has a rounder, lightweight semi-hollow ash body with a single F-hole, and a 1-piece maple neck with a 21-fret maple fingerboard.
