BBC Marconi Type A Ribbon Mic 1940s - 1950-s Antique Bronze £3,950
Very rare ribbon microphone used by the BBC in the 1940's and 1950's it has flat response from front and rear, figure of 8 polarity, this microphone is in working condition but does not have a stand and as it weighs around 3 pounds a substantial stand would be required.
Earlier models had 3 terminals on the rear fr the mic lead. this one is fitted with a large 3 pin Cannon output socket, it comes with a Cannon to XLR lead so that you plug it straight into your desk. Definitely a collectors item.
