Very low string action, less 1.5 mm at the 12th fret without any buzz. You can see it on the photo where I placed 1.38 Kirk Hammett Jazz III pick under the strings when guitar is standing apeak

Cobran brand was founded by Itaru Kanno in the mid of ‘80s as own brand of Chushin Gakki factory. At the same time Chushin produced Japanese guitars for Jackson, Charvel, Robin and some other. In 1995 Itaru in cooperation with Kyowa Shokai launched Caparison brand but worked for Chushin until his contract was expiried in 1988. Some years later Cobran brand was closed.

For 15 years, Cobran released not so much amount of guitars, more producing an OEM guitars for Jackson, But all Cobrans, ranging from inexpensive level and ending with the top-notch are high-class guitars, striking highest built quality, careful approach to the smallest details and amazing playability. It was the best guitars for fusion and metal shredding.
