Bought this brand new and some keys were damage during shipping. Piano is capable of playing. All keys work except the very low black keys on the end. One stuff key on the very end on the high keys. thePerfect for kids learning to play. To be honest those keys aren't used much by beginners or practice. Needs repair but you can play it fine without the repairs.
