Vintage 1980s BC Rich Mockingbird - NJ Series -

Really cool vintage guitar!!! I got this on trade, and don't know a ton about its history.

The guitar plays and sounds great!! Weight is 8.1 lbs

Its had some alternations over the years. I will describe the best I can, but please take a close look at the pics, they form part of the description.

The Kahler bridge installed appears to not be original to the guitar. The wood around the bridge has been carved out a bit to accommodate the Kahler. The wood carve out is not the prettiest work (see pics). The Kahler is missing a few small pieces. A tremolo arm is included.

The body appears to have been refinished. Nice metallic pearl color. The neck, which has a slightly different shade of white, appears to have the original finish, but I can't say for certain.

The locking nut and truss rod cover are not original. The neck may have required sight modification to fit the locking nut.

There could be some other small changes to the guitar, I can't say for certain. Please take a close look at the pics, they form part of the description. This guitar is sold as is, with no returns or refunds.

There is no case, the neck will be removed for shipping. I would advise new string and a set up on arrival.
