Olivia's Vintage would like to present this rare 1975 Ibanez "lawsuit" era EB-2D copy in its original Cherry finish. It has a good playing neck with great frets, but the design of the neck position pickup creates a tilt in pickup leaving the bottom edge of the pickup too close to the strings even with the shim placed in the neck pocket. The E string begins making contact with the pickup when fretting past the 8th fret, and the E is not playable past the 13th fret. The other three strings only have minor buzz on the last couple of frets. It's all original and 100% complete with the exception of the pickguard, mute assembly, and bridge cover. It even has its original hardshell case. The tailpiece studs lean forward slightly. This vintage bass looks great with only some very minor nicks + dings, and other very minor cosmetic wear. All electronics work and sound great. All Illinois residents please add 8.75% sales tax. We are happy to ship internationally, and have CITES certificates available for rosewood exports.
