AM-DB Deep Blue DistortionMoen have been quietly generating an industry buzz with their line of compact guitar stomp effects. Originating as a completely hand made line, these effects are still hand produced, but are now being manufactured to reach more players worldwide. Moen had been asked if they could produce more effects that would easily fit pedal boards where space can be limited, as the Moen original casings are much larger and can take up more space on pedal boards. The Moen AM-DB Deep Blue is simply the miniaturized casing version of the larger Moen MO-DB pedal, a fine distortion as you can hear from the demo video. Distortion is smooth, not tinny and ear piercing. Toggle switch on the right allows variation from a more traditional AC / DC sort of in your face distortion to a darker modern metal sound.
