The gplayableh Echo Shifter, designed to take functionality and sound to the next level It has been seven years since the release of the ES2: Echo Shifter, a predecessor model characterized by its unique design?a pedal effect featuring a large slider in the center of the unit?and a wide range of delay effects, from ordinary to extremely unique, limited only by the playerfs imagination. The ES3 is a new gplayableh Echo Shifter that takes both functionality and sound to the next level. Analog/Digital Delay Mode While retaining the user-friendly design of its predecessor, the gES2,h the successor model, the gES3,h features a new Digital Delay Mode. You can easily switch between Analog Mode and Digital Mode with the flick of a switch. In Analog Mode, the unit generates a delay sound using BBD (Bucket Brigade Device) elements, and the delay time can be set from 40 ms to a maximum of 600 ms. Like the ES2, it delivers a natural, warm sound with minimal signal loss and excellent clarity. In Digital Mode, the delay time can be set from 40 ms to a maximum of 1,500 ms, allowing for dramatic long-delay effects. Instrument/Line Level Switch An INSTRUMENT/LINE LEVEL switch has been included to accommodate the type of instrument or pedal being connected. INSTRUMENT: Suitable for the input level of a standard electric guitar. Select this option when using the ES3 as a guitar effects pedal. LINE: Suitable for high-output signals, such as when connecting the ES3 after a booster, into an ampfs effects loop (send/return), or when using it as a keyboard effects pedal. Oscillation ON/OFF Control Press and hold the TAP/OSC switch to turn on OSCILLATION, which produces intense oscillation. When this function is ON, you can create even more chaotic sounds by adjusting the FEEDBACK, sliding the delay time, or toggling the MODULATION switch. * Please note that rapidly increasing the delay time while OSCILLATION is ON (ON) may damage your amplifier or speakers.
