The Golden Age Project Pre-573 MKII is a 500 Series version of the company's take on the sound of vintage discrete Neve mic pres. With up to +80dB of gain, the Pre-573 MKII has enough power for even your lowest output microphones and will put a classic tone on everything that passes through it. Switch on the "AIR" boost for a high-frequency shelf that's often just what the doctor ordered for lead vocals and drum overheads. Improvements over the first version include a soft-start circuit, extra boost from the Air switch, a fully balanced line pad and an improved gain switch for increased reliability. Any home project studio with a 500 Series frame needs to check out the Pre-573 MKII.
