In 1994, Gibson produced 100 specimens each of 12 iconic acoustic models, each made to spec of the particular year the re-issue was based upon.
The 1934 Jumbo is period-correct to a particular specimen custom-ordered back in 1934, including the headstock logo, fingerboard inlays and finish. It is a slope-shouldered dreadnought.
Each of the Centennial Collection acoustics came with a book on Gibson history and a leather strap.
