About this listing
Rare and sought after Akai Tom Cat analog drum machine for sale. This thing is like a mini TR-909. The kick and snare especially are the star sounds on this machine. I have a friend who uses this as his main drum machine on all the vinyl records he’s released and his drums hit so hard! OG Gesaffelstein levels of hard. Heavy analog drums, analog kicks, and analog snares. The Maul button really adds some extra saturation and harmonics to the sounds. Unfortunately I have a family now and don’t have the time to use it as much as I would like. This drum machine rarely pops up for sale, probably because no one is dumb enough to sell it once they get their hands on one. My loss is your gain. Here is your chance to own one of these rare beauties. Due to the nature of electronic equipment, all sales are final and there will be no returns or refunds issued.
