Today, we’re shining a spotlight on one of the things that forms the very foundation of Reverb, the community of sellers that populate the site with gear. Far from being exhaustive, or in any particular order, this list showcases some of our favourite UK guitar sellers and is meant to inspire you to add your favourite shops to your Reverb Feed.
Located in Nottingham’s historic Lace Market, Nottingham City Guitars stock both vintage instruments and a variety of new brands exclusive to the store. Their range of vintage instruments is varied and of extremely high quality.
A powerhouse of the UK music retail industry, GAK’s Reverb store contains some of the best Fender Custom Shop pieces available in the UK. This, alongside the deep selection of vintage gear available, make it one of our favourite shops to follow.
Established in 1988, Frets Guitar Centre stock a great selection of electric guitars and often have pieces you won’t find in any other store. Their Reverb shop also has some fantastic acoustics from Martin, Atkin, and more.
MusicStreet is a family-run guitar specialist based in Cambridgeshire. As well as stocking bigger brands like Fender and Gibson, they also stock smaller builders such as Hahn, Art & Lutherie, and Duesenburg. The MusicStreet Reverb shop is filled with all of these brands and more, and is a perfect addition to your feed.
Patrick’s Guitar Gear might just have some of the best photography of any shop on Reverb. Packed with high quality used guitars, amps, and pedals, visiting this shop needs to part of your Reverb routine.
You may have heard of Mansons as the birthplace of Matt Bellamy’s guitars, but did you know that they are also a fantastic shop that sells on Reverb? The Mansons’ store contains new and used guitars, including their own custom shop models, boutique pedals, and a range of accessories. If you haven’t added them to your Reverb feed yet, you’re seriously missing out.
