2024 Gibson '42 Banner J-45 Custom Shop Acoustic Jumbo Guitar.
This is an impressive jumbo Gibson acoustic guitar. It's one of the best sounding and playing "New" Gibson guitar that I've ever seen. I was really amazed at how good it sounds. It plays effortlessly!
The look and feel is just as good! These are made to look, sound and feel like the original Banner models from the 1940s. It has a thinner, period-correct finish. It's not a thick glossy finish at all. It's not as aged as a Murphy Lab, but I am pretty sure these are built the same otherwise. Beautiful grain pattern in the thermally-aged red vintage sunburst spruce top.
It's in excellent condition. The ONLY cosmetic issue I can find is the few small scuffs on the heel, I showed a closeup photo.
All the case candy shown is included. It has the COA as well. Also includes the original period-style hardshell case with vintage latches.
