1985 Aria Pro II Esprit RS

Excellent condition 32 year old Aria Pro II RS Esprit, the top of the line "Super Strat" produced by Aria in the Matsumoku factory in Japan in the mid 80s.
The 1985 model represents the climax of the RS evolution which was built from 1983 to 1985, buy then it featured the ACT3 tremolo system and a locking nut. Yngwie Malmsteen played this type of guitar during the time he was with ALCATRAZ and endorsed Aria Pro.
The guitar offered here is in excellent condition throughout, save for some small dimples like the one below the bridge and a tiny chip at the tip of the head-stock, along with a few other small signs of use that are hard to capture with the camera. Some of the gold hardware has faded slightly, and the formerly more white Pearl White finish has yellowed considerably in comparison to the stock pictures found online in catalogs of the era which gives the guitar overall a very nice scent of patina.

Factory specs: The guitar features an alder body with maple neck, slab rosewood fretboard with 22 frets, 650mm scale length, 2 RSP-I single coil pickups, 1 slave middle pickup, master volume with power switch, 2 active tone controls, 2 Q selector switches, 3-position toggle switch, LED active on/off indicator, ACT-3 tremolo system, die cast Gotoh tuners, locking nut, gold hardware, and a gorgeous (vintage) pearl white.

Guitar sells with non-original tremolo arm (not shown in pictures) and comes in a non-original padded gig bag.
