An Ajax/Boosey & Hawkes "New Fidelity Dual Century" snare from the 1930s with two strainer systems. Made in England. 6.5 inches deep, 14 inch diameter, fits modern standard heads.

Gold sparkle wrap, die cast rims, chrome hardware, all original except heads and wires. The internal top head strainer system is missing its wires and perhaps some small parts, it's unclear.

Condition as shown, the wrap has shrinking cracks in places and the drum has general cosmetic wear, nothing too dramatic beyond the wrap. Shell is in round but has some ply separation on the rerings. Has not been cleaned. All threads good, main strainer and muffler work. The top strainer moves but appears to need a tune-up.
