This an english version of Texas Instruments Speak n'spell toy.
It has been circuit bended, i have bought this isntrument with other gear and I don't know who have made the mods.
the potentiometer adjusts the speed
The upper switch freezes the voice and generates randomly artefacts and noises
I don't know the function of the lower switch
