The SLE-101 Plus is wound with the same winder settings as the SLE-101, but it uses an A5 magnet custom-made by ThroBak, and by winding the coil a little more, it gives a mid-range power bite feel.
Unoriented's Alnico 5 magnet gives a slightly more midrange feel than the Alnico 2 magnet.
