Ovation / 1990 3712-4 Pinnacle Legend

Founded in 1965 by Charles Kaman, Ovation introduced innovations in guitar design.
Drawing on Kaman's aeronautical engineering background, he modernized the acoustic guitar by using synthetic composite materials rather than traditional wood construction. It has become an attractive option for live performing musicians primarily looking to reduce feedback and increase the durability of their guitars.

This time we will be introducing the Pinnacle series made in Japan by Ovation.
This series, which was available from the late 80's to the early 90's, was assembled in a Japanese factory using similar specifications and parts to the USA model.
It features the same spruce top/lyracord body/deep bowl shape/A bracing as the "Legend" in the USA lineup, and you can feel the difference from the Legend at first glance at the neck binding and fingerboard inlay, but the later differences are You won't know unless you compare the specs.
Just like the "Elite Standard" that used to be part of the USA lineup, the concept of making high-quality products easy to obtain is conveyed.
Pinnacle is probably the only place where you can enjoy the "Ovation sound" with an Ovation that is not made in the USA.
