About This Listing
Gibson USA Custom Shop Historic ‘57 Les Paul Standard Reissue Gold Top VOS with Brazilian Rosewood made in 2018 with original hard shell case. This guitar features a solid mahogany body with a bound maple top, mahogany neck and bound brazilian rosewood fingerboard. Equipped with Gibson alnico III Custom buckers in the neck and bridge positions. Controlled by 2 volume, 2 tone pots and a 3-Way toggle switch comprised of cts pots and bumble bee capacitors. The 24.75" scale length neck has pearloid trapezoid inlays, tortoise side markers and 22 1957-style narrow/tall frets on a 12" radius with a true historic spec '57 chunky C profile. The hardware is comprised of aged nickel Kluson reissue deluxe single line tuning machines with keystone heads, a nylon nut, a Gibson ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge with stop tail and gold top hat knobs with a single ply cream pickguard.
This guitar is in overall excellent condition with some signs of play. It has a few light finish checking marks on its top/ sides and small dent on its back. (See pics)
Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 10-46 strings. Includes Original Hard Shell Case, COA & Original Case Candy.
