No extra holes. Does have 2 heating lamp sockets screwed ot the inside of the shell but the screw holes don't go all the way through the wood. They don't penetrate the outside wrap. Shell is still in round, re-rings are tight with no separation. Shell is clean with no cracks or damages to the wood. Wood grommet for vent hole is missing but Leedy Indianapolis Badge still attached to bass hoop. White Marine Pearl wrap is original and mostly clean with some hairline cracks in the wrap from shrinkage/age. Hardware all has original Nobby Gold finish in unrestored condition
