Live at the Regal" is a super, super, super classic recording of a live performance at Chicago's Regal Theater in November 1964. The ES-335, which can be seen on the jacket of this bible-like work for many guitarists, has been reissued by the Custom Shop.

This is a 1959 ES-335 with long guard and "Argentine Grey" finish, black baritone switch, "STEREO" truss rod cover on the head (wiring is mono out), 50s style Bigsby B7, and the longing to play this guitar has been reproduced. The stud marks on the tailpiece are also reproduced.

The stud marks on the tailpiece are also covered with pearl dots. The pegs are Grover milk bottles, and the pickups are Custom Buckers. The neck is a fat "Authentic '59 Medium C-shape.

The guitar comes with a certificate of authenticity, a strap, two reflector knobs in a special case that B.B. is said to have replaced later, a replica ticket, and other unique and luxurious accessories that will tickle any enthusiast's fancy.

This is an aged model, so there are no scratches to be determined, but it is in very clean condition with few signs of having been played. This is a very rare model that was rarely available in Japan, so please consider this an opportunity to own one.
