Hard to find, yet so worth the search. This is one of my favorite Istanbul Series.
These are the hihats you wished Zildjian made.
Semi-dry, lower pitched and ULTRA DARK. They can easily pass as 15s” or even 16s”.
They’re raw with a bluish, factory pre-aged hue and brushed finish with smaller, circular, ball-peen style hand-hammering.
And this pair is THIN for the series.
Lower profile ensures these 14s” live in a medium low-to low pitch. They're some of the darkest and lowest-pitched 14" hihats out there.
Factory-aged, brushed patina ensures a strong semi-dry stick definition when closed. Open them up for a low and dark accent punch.
Wide open delivers a huge, dark slosh that’s fairly dry.
Only 914 and 1042 grams give them New Beat style weights but they are infinitely DARKER than any New Beats or K Customs!
Immaculate condition. Hard to find.
