This is a super cool looking and playing Gretsch Country Club that was made in Brooklyn in 1956. This guitar was refinished White (apart from the front of the headstock) a long time ago. The black "binding" is painted on as well, on top of the original binding which was white of course. Most of the parts are original including the great sounding Dearmond Dynasonic pickups. The bridge is a newer reproduction Melita, and the knobs are changed. The guitar has had a neck reset at some point and the action is very comfortable. It weighs 7 pounds 3.7 ounces. The guitar has been pro-setup in our store and plays great. It comes with the original case.
